Renovation of a Buena Park high-rise lobby and common corridors. The owners wanted a sleek but warm lobby, which is visible along most of the perimeter through floor-to-ceiling windows. A custom-designed walnut reception desk and extended feature wall are accented with a contrasting white textured plaster at the top and bottom. The minimalist furniture and color scheme create a crisp, contemporary look that compliments the simple, mid-century modern exterior.
